    「背包旅行」是时下的旅游趋势，行李变得精简轻便，既方便游览名胜景点，深入当地文化，还可在交通、住宿方面，节省不少旅费！ 高雄是台湾的旅游热点之一，不但拥有充满艺术气息的地标建筑，也不乏大自然美景，吸引各类型的旅客前来探索。萧涵方、苏子芸、资晴化身「背包女孩」，并按照个人喜好，编排独一无二的旅程。本辑节目就跟随她们的步伐，展开高雄「贴地」之旅，发掘新颖玩法。

    《背包女行：高雄》是一档旅行题材的综艺节目，由台湾著名主持人蒋欣担任主持人，节目于2020年11月7日在台湾电视台松山电视文化产业园区开播。

    节目主要内容是由蒋欣搭乘背包自由行的方式，走访高雄著名景点和介绍一些当地的特色文化，目的是向观众展示高雄不同于台北的独特风情。

    第一集是以高雄的代表地标之一“爱河”为主题，穿梭于各个不同的爱河景点，蒋欣除了介绍这些景点的历史和文化背景，还特地走访了当地来自不同行业的特色人物，如老建筑师、文创设计师、桥下派艺术家、长相太像 金城武的运动员等，了解他们的故事和他们对于高雄的热爱之情。

    第二集则是介绍高雄知名的城市景点“草衙风情区”，通过走访当地的手工艺店、民宿、设施齐全且多元的文创创意空间，讲述高雄这座城市独特的艺文氛围。

    第三集是以高雄著名的“旗津小镇”为主题，节目组与蒋欣一行人乘坐海上巴士前往旗津小镇，参观了蝴蝶大楼、天后宫、国立海洋生物博物馆等著名景点，还用无人机拍摄到了美丽的照片和视频。

    第四集是围绕高雄的宗教文化典礼展开，从庙宇、信仰仪式、文化传统等多个角度讲解高雄不同于其他城市的宗教文化，还真切地体验了千年祭典迎神会的盛况，更加深入地了解到民众的信仰和文化意义。

    第五集是挑战全高雄最高搭建活动“高空摩天轮”，以及深度了解高雄台湾原住民文化，从台湾最后一座皮匠的工坊、原住民文创手工艺品、咖啡和饮品品牌等多个方面，探索台湾原住民文化。

    《背包女行：高雄》的每集都以不同的主题和旅行灵魂，跨过高雄每个角落，用不同的方式更好的展现了高雄深厚的人文历史与自然风光，让观众更多的认识和了解高雄。
