    故事发生在被天空之壁分为三区块的《幪面超人BUILD》的世界，竟然出现了《幪面超人EX-AID》世界的敌人怪人崩源体：为何不该出现在这的敌人会来到这世界？面对神秘敌人而毫无应对方法的战兔，一个身体半边被金属覆盖的神神秘男人出现在他眼前。自称科学家的男人启动了巨大的机器，上空竟出现了倒立的另一个世界。另一边，EX-AID的世界也发生同样的状况。有天空之壁的世界正逐渐的坠落到 EX-AID的世界，距离两个世界冲突碰撞的时间还剩下24小时。世界末日的倒数开始…！面对前所未有的危机，能拯救人类的只有那群战士。凌驾前作的规模，前所未见的动作场面，不该有交集的英雄们终于相遇。谜团重重的故事即将解开——

    《假面骑士平成世代 FINAL Build & EX-AID with传说骑士》是2018年推出的一部电影，由东映公司制作，是假面骑士系列的终极篇。本作是为了庆祝平成时代结束和新元号“令和”开始而推出的。电影于2019年5月1日在日本上映。

    在本片中，平成十九年世界突然降临正常的平成三十年世界中。平成十九年世界没有百科全书、电视、电子设备，情报和传言来来去去都是传说，那里从住人的世界之外连拥有魂的鸟等各种生物也尽皆降生。在这之中，出现了以“备广”为首的白银风暴团。又有一个假面骑士Calibur活跃，他拥有着可以让任何东西分裂的力量。

    在这个奇妙的世界中，诸多假面骑士们的命运将如何交织呢？Kamen Rider Build（假面骑士Build）和Kamen Rider Ex-Aid（假面骑士Ex-Aid）等许多假面骑士将会出场，他们的故事也将会在本片中得到完美的谢幕。在崭新的令和时代的到来之前，假面骑士们将为了自己所追求的愿望，展开最终章的壮烈战斗。

    本片采用了大量优秀的特技和视觉效果，同时展现了不同假面骑士平时的生活和战斗。联合出现的各种假面骑士们，以及其中涌现出的Calibur的新角色，都为整个故事增加了不少看点。
