    舞台是音乐都市MIDICITY!!离开下北泽，踏上音乐修行之旅的活力棉花糖，很快被卷入了事件。而与在MIDICITY活跃的Plasmagica和其他个性丰富的乐队们相遇，会带来不可思议的奇迹吗？！TV动画《摇滚少女》系列登场的角色们带来的全明星集结的，摇滚音乐故事！演出开始！！

    《摇滚少女!!STARS!!》是一部由SUNRISE公司出品的音乐偶像动画，于2016年7月开始播出。该动画的背景设定是东京的一个寂静街区，讲述了五个女孩子在音乐学校结成的乐队“STARs（冠以“摇滚”的意味）”，她们起初是陌生人，但在音乐的磨合下不断坚定了自己的梦想，并迎来了人生中的转折点。

    主角掩田佳奈是一个在学校相貌平凡的女孩，却有着音乐的天赋。在学校生活中看到同学「小鸡」跳了一支舞后，她产生了成为偶像的梦想。之后，她努力地去找寻志同道合的伙伴，并最终在音乐学校里结识了青梅竹马的日高丽子、转校生大森志乃、中西唯、新之助这些与日俱增的伙伴，组成了乐队。

    在初次的表演中，STARs与另外两支乐队竞争时，星做出了错误的舞步，导致她们在比赛中落败。从此，佳奈下定决心，要让乐队变得更优秀。她们通过学习指导老师、和其他乐队的成员以及和自己的遭遇来不断提升，最终演出了一场成功的音乐会。

    除了组成乐队主线剧情外，《摇滚少女!!STARS!!》还有一些非常有趣的副线剧情，如新之助是个神秘的拿手料理家，每次都会带着美食来到乐队集会；唯有点崇拜日高丽子，认为她是一个里面最酷的人，想要跻身于同样的水平；大森志乃则没有自信，总是担心自己的能力和成长速度。

    此外，《摇滚少女!!STARS!!》的动画制作非常精美，音乐和舞蹈则更是华丽。每首歌曲都很有感染力，能让人们在整个系列中追随着STARs的成长和冒险。
