    小辣椒和繡花枕受一位億萬富翁林某所託，飛往美國三藩市追尋他的獨生女兒林秀鶯的下落，並囑二人將此行任務保持秘密。抵達後尋找林女期間，因義助一女子免被小偷扒去巨款，而與武館中的教頭張得標結為好友。兩人終在嬉皮士聚集的地方發現了林秀鶯，可惜她誤入歧途，結識了黑社會歹徒羅拔吳。小辣椒和繡花枕表明來意及說服她回港，不料羅拔吳獲悉秀鶯是香港富豪之女，即與其黑社會首領大哥合謀，將秀鶯擄去，小辣椒和繡花枕為拯救她，聯同教頭張得標一起前往歹徒基地……

    电影《小英雄大闹唐人街》是2004年上映的一部喜剧冒险电影，由曾志伟执导，关智斌编剧，李连杰、关之琳、房祖名、周涌等主演。影片主要围绕着一个寻狗的故事展开，同时也罗列了香港历史风貌和中西文化差异。

    影片以唐人街为主场地，通过一系列环节，讲述了一个小男孩丰收（房祖名饰）在一次山庄旅游时与叶问大师（李连杰饰）相遇的故事。在这里，丰收遇到了另一个小女孩艾如（黄薇渟饰），艾如正在寻找她的狗，但是遭到了一伙香港歹徒的绑架。在丰收和艾如的努力下，他们成功地挫败了歹徒的计划，拯救了姑娘和狗的生命，同时也帮助了唐人街底层商贩给黑帮一举反击的机会。

    本片是一部具有幽默色彩和娱乐性强的故事片，卖点除了情节跌宕起伏，主演之外，还体现了香港当地的风情及文化特色，有着浓郁的时代感和地方特色，非常值得一看。
