简介：

某天，为了救援快要丧志的父亲，阿柯不得不以一身债务负担开起了一家半吊子中介，进而加入房产经纪圈子，开始这场与陌生人到分手的全新人生旅程。他和招聘来的员工一起，奋斗创业，跨过一个个难关。

在接下来的创业路上，阿柯和伙伴们一步步攀登成功的台阶。从最开始的只有几个客户，到逐渐扩大客户群，一路上遇到了各种问题和挑战，但是他们从未放弃过，一直坚守着自己开创的这片地盘。他们克服了重重困难，迎接了客户的挑战，争取了自己的每一个机会，最终成功地打下了自己的一片天，成为了人生中的赢家。
