    故事时代背景设定为四十年代，讲述少女罗雀（大元 饰）因母亲去世，饱受生活的磨难，历经不幸的她，决定将生活中的磨难转化成济世救人的慈悲心，她立志学医，与此同时她与中药房少爷林家骏（邱凯伟 饰）擦出爱的火花，二人一起携手济世救人。 该剧是2020年三立台湾台周五台湾好戏系列第十四部曲。2020年4月15日开镜，5月15日正式开拍。为三立台湾台继《天之蕉子》后再度制播的周五十点档戏剧。

    电视剧《罗雀高飞》讲述的是在改革开放后的第一次昆仑山金融风暴、券商危机中，一名中级券商的副总经理罗雀，势在必得的顶住了外界的压力和自己内心的痛楚，奋力抗争的成长传奇故事。

    罗雀在职场中一步步地晋升，成为了一家中文券商的副总经理，并且他的辛勤付出也获得了公认和好的评价。然而，这个局面突然被打破了，聚焦视线转移到了一个上市公司股票的暴跌下，引起了一场金融危机，所以他要面对来自各方面的压力，如何保护自己、家人和公司的利益呢？
