    本季节目以一起拼，一定赢！为主题，致敬每一位美好生活的创造者。雷佳音、岳云鹏、王迅、贾乃亮、张艺兴、迪丽热巴、郭京飞、邓伦将一起探索更多挑战。

    《极限挑战第六季》是湖南卫视推出的一档真人秀节目，由华语顶级喜剧演员黄渤、沈腾、王迅、罗志祥、张艺兴和朱亚文六位主持人带领一众嘉宾及艺人团队在各地进行各种极限挑战。该节目于2019年5月26日首播，共13期，每期播出时间约为100分钟。

    本季节目延续了前几季的特色，不仅在挑战任务中增加了更多的创意与难度，而且黄渤、罗志祥、张艺兴三位成员的拍摄时间受限，更是让该节目增加了更多的意外和惊喜。除了在中国境内进行各项挑战之外，本季还远走加拿大、俄罗斯等地，在全新的环境中挑战不同的任务。

    本季节目的主题是“有梦想，路上遇见你”，在黄渤、沈腾、王迅三位常驻嘉宾以及罗志祥、张艺兴、朱亚文三位轮流担任嘉宾固定成员的陪伴下，艺人团队将在各种挑战中不断突破自己，完成自己的梦想。节目中，嘉宾团队将面对各种挑战，包括高空蹦极、深潜、极地徒步等等。

    该季节目也引入了更加多元化和富有融合性的内容，搭配了更多的阵容和嘉宾以及更加精彩的问题环节。节目也强调了人与人之间的沟通交流，让观众在享受节目之余，增进对彼此的了解和感情，也在节目中开启了一种新的娱乐公益形式，倡导了社会公益和关注弱势群体的理念。
